You can pay for your purchases securely through our website using Paypal. Payment is taken at the time of order and orders will only be completed once payment has been approved. If there is a problem with payment we will contact you immediately.
The prices shown on the website include are shown in UK pounds and include VAT, the cost of delivery is calculated at the shopping basket and is an extra cost unless stated otherwise.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt. If in the unlikely event that your item is not in stock then we will contact you immediately.
Postage charges are based on the weight of your parcel using Royal Mail rates for Standard Parcel delivery and delivery time for this service is between 2 – 7 days within the UK mainland.

We are very confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, however should you wish to return an item then simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
As the consumer, you will be responsible for the postage of any returned goods.
Ness Handmade Toiletries products go through a thorough quality checking process as part of the service we offer to you. Therefore it’s very unlikely you will receive faulty goods from us. However in the unlikely event that this may happen, please contact us directly with your complaint, and return the product to us with an explanation of the issue.
